Kate Spade New York seeks a temporary part-time Stylist at Cincinnati Premium Outlets in Monroe, Ohio. Competitive hourly wage $15.00–$19.50 plus benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to provide personalized styling guidance
- Suggest complementary products and create complete looks that showcase multiple ways to wear items
- Use creativity and brand storytelling to encourage customers to explore new styles and express their personal aesthetic
- Guide customers through the purchase decision process and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce customer choices and celebrate their selections to encourage repeat visits
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Give and receive constructive feedback in an honest, professional manner
- Work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Fluency in English
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and public holidays
