Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
• Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to inform styling recommendations
• Provide styling advice, suggest coordinating pieces, and create complete looks that incorporate Kate Spade products into customers' existing wardrobes
• Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles and aesthetics
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
• Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting them to return
• Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling storytelling about the brand
• Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
• Give and receive feedback in a constructive, honest manner to support continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Prior experience in a retail environment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
• English proficiency
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Skills

Experience

Prior experience working in a retail environment, preferably in fashion, accessories, or luxury goods.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
