Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer styling needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice and suggest complementary add-ons to create complete outfits
- Showcase multiple ways to wear Kate Spade products and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain deep knowledge of brand attributes and product positioning across all categories
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions
- Give and receive constructive feedback in a professional and collaborative manner
- Work flexible schedules to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and busy seasonal periods
