Kate Spade New York seeks a Stylist at Foxwoods in Mashantucket, Connecticut. Part-time retail role offering $15–$19.50/hr and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customers and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand their aesthetic and lifestyle needs
- Provide personalized styling advice and create complete looks using multiple product categories
- Suggest complementary add-ons and guide customers through purchase decisions
- Showcase creative ways to wear and style products to encourage exploration and customer engagement
- Ensure seamless checkout experiences and reinforce customer choices to encourage repeat visits
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions
- Give and receive constructive feedback to support continuous improvement
- Work collaboratively with team members and support omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives
- Comply with flexible scheduling requirements, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior retail experience in a customer-facing environment
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a team setting
- Strong English proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and peak business periods
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment, ideally in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle products. Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers and drive results through authentic engagement.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
