Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage guests warmly, listen actively to understand their needs and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Provide personalised styling advice, create complete looks and recommend complementary products to elevate purchases.
  • Drive sales performance through storytelling and strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions and ensure a smooth, efficient checkout experience.
  • Maintain operational excellence: organise the sales floor and stockroom, replenish merchandise and support visual standards.
  • Adopt omni-channel and virtual selling techniques to convert digital and in-store opportunities.
  • Meet physical demands of the role including regular lifting (up to 25 lbs, occasionally to 50 lbs) and moving throughout the store.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
