Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and pose insightful follow-up questions to identify and understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple styling options creatively and encourage customers to explore new styles and products
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while building loyalty and encouraging repeat visits
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain deep knowledge of brand heritage, product attributes, and seasonal collections across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
- Execute operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Demonstrate social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in luxury or lifestyle retail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Demonstrated ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market)

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment, with demonstrated success in customer-facing sales roles. Experience with luxury or lifestyle brands is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion, merchandising, or business is a plus but not required.
