Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs through insightful follow-up questions and provide customized styling advice
- Suggest complementary add-ons and create complete looks that encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience via POS systems
- Maintain stockroom organization and display excellence to support optimal retail operations
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Reinforce customer choices and cultivate loyalty by inviting repeat visits
- Demonstrate social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive, honest manner to support continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Prior retail experience in a customer-facing environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities

- Ability to work flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and busy retail periods
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate the sales floor and stockroom
