Kate Spade Stylist (Temporary, Part-Time) in Livermore, CA – retail styling and sales position with flexible schedule.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete looks that reflect customers' aesthetic and lifestyle
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles within their wardrobe
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience via POS systems
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, creating positive brand impressions and encouraging return visits
- Drive results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Demonstrate proficiency in omnichannel selling techniques, including social media awareness and virtual selling methods
- Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner to support continuous team improvement
Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment with proven sales results
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
- English language proficiency (or local language proficiency as required by market)
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods including high-traffic shopping days
