Kate Spade is seeking a Stylist to advise customers on products that suit their aesthetic and lifestyle, help them express their personal style, and show how Kate Spade pieces can be incorporated into their wardrobes. The role combines customer styling and sales with stockroom organization and POS transactions. This is a temporary, part-time position in Lehi, Utah.

Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and demonstrate strong product knowledge.
• Listen actively and ask follow-up questions to understand customer needs.
• Provide styling advice, suggest add-on products, and create complete looks.
• Show customers creative ways to wear products and encourage them to explore new styles.
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and provide a seamless checkout experience.
• Reinforce and celebrate customer choices and encourage return visits.
• Drive sales results through customer connections and storytelling.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and product attributes across all categories.
• Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions.
• Give and receive feedback honestly and constructively.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills, with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate in a team setting.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
• English proficiency or proficiency in the local language, depending on the market.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy seasons, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
• Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
