Kate Spade Stylist in Leesburg, Virginia. Part-time temporary role assisting customers with personalized styling and product selection across luxury collections.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong, comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer aesthetic preferences and lifestyle requirements
- Provide personalized styling advice and suggest complementary products to create complete looks
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting them to return
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections, storytelling, and deep brand knowledge
- Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner within team settings
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- English proficiency at a professional level
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, busy seasons, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays as business needs dictate
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in luxury fashion or lifestyle retail, is required. Demonstrated success in customer-facing sales roles with a proven track record of building customer relationships and driving sales through styling expertise is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant retail certification preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
