Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand their personal style preferences
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary items, and create complete coordinated looks
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless point-of-sale transactions
- Reinforce customer choices and build brand loyalty by inviting repeat visits
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling

Qualifications
