Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand aesthetic preferences and lifestyle requirements
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles through creative presentation
- Guide customers through the purchase decision process and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections, storytelling, and deep brand knowledge
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive, honest manner to support continuous improvement
- Lift and maneuver merchandise and materials weighing up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Demonstrate willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques, including social media awareness
- Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days as needed
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment demonstrating customer engagement excellence
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Strong product knowledge and ability to master brand attributes across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
- Proficiency in English and fluency in local market language where applicable
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Demonstrated creativity, customer focus, and drive for results
