Kate Spade New York seeks a temporary Stylist at Las Vegas South Premium Outlets. Part-time role offering $15–$19.50/hr, benefits, and flexible scheduling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade New York categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and lifestyle preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete looks tailored to individual aesthetics
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles and brand offerings
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience at point of sale
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, building brand loyalty and inviting customers to return
- Drive results through strong customer connections and compelling storytelling about the brand's heritage and product attributes
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner with team members and management
- Multitask effectively while prioritizing customer engagement and store operations in a fast-paced retail environment
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Fluency in English (or local language proficiency per market)
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly, up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Strong background in customer-facing sales roles or fashion retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; however, relevant retail or customer service experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
