Temporary Stylist position at Kate Spade, Las Vegas South Premium Outlets. Part-time retail role offering customer styling and sales in luxury fashion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and lifestyle preferences
- Provide styling advice, suggest coordinated add-ons, and create complete looks that encourage fuller basket engagement
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles through creative presentation
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits and building customer loyalty
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Demonstrate flexibility in work schedule including nights, weekends, holiday periods, and high-traffic retail events
- Collaborate effectively with team members and provide/receive constructive feedback
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
- Fluent English proficiency
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Experience
Prior experience in a retail sales environment is required. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of building customer relationships and driving sales through personalized service and product expertise.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
