Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
• Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
• Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary items, and create complete coordinated looks
• Showcase multiple ways to wear products using creativity and brand storytelling to encourage exploration of new styles
• Guide customers through the purchase decision and checkout process to ensure a seamless experience
• Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and point-of-sale transactions
• Reinforce and celebrate customer choices to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty
• Work collaboratively with team members and provide constructive feedback in a professional manner

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Prior experience working in a retail environment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting
• Awareness of social media platforms and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
• Proficiency in English or local market language
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule including evenings, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Experience

Prior experience in a retail environment with demonstrated professional selling skills.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional formal education in fashion, retail management, or related fields is advantageous but not required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
