Kate Spade New York hiring temporary Stylists at Disney Springs in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. Retail sales position, $15–$19.50/hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and pose insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and lifestyle preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that encourage exploration of new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Give and receive constructive feedback in an honest and professional manner
- Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and peak retail periods to meet business demands
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a retail environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Fluency in English (or local language proficiency as applicable)
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom

Prior experience working in a retail sales environment with demonstrated ability to engage customers, provide product recommendations, and drive sales results through strong interpersonal connections.
