Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
  • Showcase multiple ways to wear products using creativity and brand storytelling to encourage customer exploration
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
  • Drive sales results through strong customer connections, compelling storytelling, and deep brand knowledge
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
  • Contribute to omnichannel initiatives including social media awareness and virtual selling techniques
  • Work flexibly to accommodate business needs including evenings, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic retail periods
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits and building brand loyalty

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a retail environment
  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
  • English language proficiency
