Kate Spade in King of Prussia, PA seeks a Part-time Stylist to deliver personalised styling and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, demonstrating deep product knowledge and brand storytelling.
- Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks and recommend add-ons to increase average transaction value.
- Listen actively to customer needs, ask insightful questions and guide purchase decisions to ensure satisfaction and return visits.
- Execute sales transactions accurately and maintain operational excellence at the point of sale.
- Maintain stockroom organisation, support inventory replenishment and visual merchandising standards.
- Adopt omni/virtual selling methods and support social media–driven customer engagement when required.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience working in a retail environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend and kneel on the sales floor.

Experience
Prior retail experience is required. Demonstrated selling track record and familiarity with styling or personal-shopping duties is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; coursework or training in retail, fashion or visual merchandising is desirable.

The successful candidate will be located in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA, with easy access to Philadelphia.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
