Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand aesthetic and lifestyle preferences
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple ways to incorporate products and encourage customers to explore new styles creatively
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
- Reinforce customer choices and invite repeat visits through positive engagement
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain deep knowledge of product attributes, seasonal collections, and brand heritage
- Execute operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions
- Embrace feedback constructively and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Learn and apply omnichannel and virtual selling techniques

Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities

- English language proficiency
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
