Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
- Listen actively and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and aesthetic preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear and incorporate products, encouraging customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions
- Give and receive constructive feedback in an honest, professional manner
- Willingly learn and apply omni-channel and virtual selling techniques to enhance customer engagement
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior retail environment experience
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively in team settings
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- English proficiency
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas
