Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
• Actively listen and pose insightful follow-up questions to understand customer aesthetic preferences and lifestyle needs
• Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
• Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience via point-of-sale systems
• Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, building brand loyalty and encouraging repeat visits
• Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
• Maintain operational excellence through stockroom organization, merchandising, and accurate POS transactions
• Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner to support team performance
• Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and high-traffic retail periods

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Prior experience in a retail environment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
• Fluent English proficiency
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
• Demonstrated flexibility to work nights, weekends, busy seasons, and public holidays

Skills

Experience

Prior experience working in a retail environment is required. Demonstrated success in customer-facing sales roles is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
