Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
• Actively listen to customers and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand their style preferences and needs
• Provide personalized styling advice, recommend complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
• Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles through creative presentation
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences via POS systems
• Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate transaction processing
• Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and brand storytelling
• Give and receive constructive feedback in a professional manner
• Support omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives as directed by management

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Prior experience in a retail environment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
• Proficiency in English
• Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom areas
• Flexibility to work variable schedules including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and public holidays

Skills

Experience

Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Experience in fashion, luxury retail, or customer-facing sales is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; specific formal education is not required for this entry-level retail position.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
