Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer aesthetic preferences and lifestyle needs
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that showcase multiple ways to incorporate Kate Spade pieces
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience using POS systems
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandising, and inventory management
- Demonstrate awareness of social media trends and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Give and receive constructive feedback from team members in a professional manner
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion or luxury goods
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- English language proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver sales floor and stockroom environments
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Compensation
