Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer aesthetic preferences and lifestyle needs
- Provide personalized styling advice and suggest complementary products to create complete looks
- Use creativity to showcase multiple styling options and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Drive results through strong customer connections, storytelling, and deep knowledge of brand and product attributes
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner and collaborate effectively with team members
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting repeat visits and building brand loyalty
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate brand storytelling
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Proficiency in English or local language per market requirements
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques

Prior experience in a retail environment, with demonstrated success in customer service and sales.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal training in styling, fashion, or retail not required.
