Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs through insightful questions to understand their aesthetic and lifestyle preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that resonate with individual customers
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear and style products, encouraging customers to explore new combinations
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, confidence-building checkout experience
- Reinforce customer choices and create positive brand moments that invite repeat visits
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Participate in omni-channel and virtual selling techniques as the business evolves
- Give and receive constructive feedback in a collaborative, team-oriented manner
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Fluency in English or local language proficiency per market
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and public holidays
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
