Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and personal style preferences
- Provide tailored styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles through creative presentation
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting repeat visits and fostering brand loyalty
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and storytelling that reflects the brand's colorful, bold, optimistic point of view
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive, professional manner to support team performance
- Work flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, busy retail seasons, and high-traffic days
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- English language proficiency
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment with demonstrated proficiency in customer-facing sales roles.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
