Kate Spade Stylist (Part-Time, Temporary) - Halton Hills, ON. Assist customers with styling and product selection in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and personal style preferences
- Provide styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks incorporating multiple items
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
- Maintain stockroom organization and execute POS transactions with accuracy
- Demonstrate proficiency with social media awareness and omnichannel selling techniques
- Work collaboratively with team members and give and receive feedback in a constructive manner
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- English proficiency or local language proficiency as per market requirements
