Kate Spade New York seeks a temporary Stylist at Toronto Premium Outlets to deliver personalized styling and sales in Halton Hills, Ontario.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand aesthetic and lifestyle preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles through creative presentation
- Reinforce customer choices and build loyalty by inviting repeat visits and engagement
- Give and receive constructive feedback and collaborate effectively with team members
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- English proficiency
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and navigate sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including nights, weekends, and peak retail periods

Prior experience in a retail environment with demonstrated professional selling ability.

Compensation
