Kate Spade Stylist (Temporary, Part-Time) – Halton Hills, Ontario. Fashion retail role offering $17.60–$22.00/hr, benefits, and flexible scheduling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating extensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful questions to understand aesthetic preferences and lifestyle requirements
- Provide personalized styling advice and suggest complementary products to create complete looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles through creative presentation
- Guide customers through the purchase decision process and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, building loyalty and encouraging repeat visits
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge of brand attributes, seasonal collections, and pricing across all merchandise categories
- Give and receive feedback constructively and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Demonstrate awareness of social media trends and willingness to support omnichannel and virtual selling initiatives
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior retail environment experience
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- English proficiency (or fluency in local language per market requirements)
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver across sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days, including public holidays
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment, ideally in luxury fashion, apparel, or accessories. Demonstrated success in consultative selling and customer relationship building required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal education requirement specified.

This position is based in Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada, within easy reach of Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
