Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating extensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
• Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful questions to understand aesthetic preferences and lifestyle requirements
• Provide personalized styling advice and suggest complementary products to create complete looks
• Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles through creative presentation
• Guide customers through the purchase decision process and ensure a seamless checkout experience
• Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
• Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, building loyalty and encouraging repeat visits
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge of brand attributes, seasonal collections, and pricing across all merchandise categories
• Give and receive feedback constructively and contribute to a collaborative team environment
• Demonstrate awareness of social media trends and willingness to support omnichannel and virtual selling initiatives

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Prior retail environment experience
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
• English proficiency (or fluency in local language per market requirements)
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver across sales floor and stockroom
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days, including public holidays

Skills

Experience

Prior experience in a retail environment, ideally in luxury fashion, apparel, or accessories. Demonstrated success in consultative selling and customer relationship building required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal education requirement specified.

Workplace

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
