Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand each customer's aesthetic preferences and lifestyle needs
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and curate complete looks that integrate Kate Spade products into customers' existing wardrobes
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products through creative styling techniques and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions while ensuring a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, building brand loyalty and encouraging repeat visits
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate point-of-sale transactions
- Provide and receive constructive feedback in a professional and collaborative manner
- Demonstrate awareness of social media and emerging omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
- Maintain flexibility to accommodate seasonal fluctuations, high-traffic retail periods, and public holiday schedules
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail sales environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Physical capability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
- Proficiency in English or local market language as required
- Social media awareness and willingness to develop omnichannel and virtual selling competencies
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle retail, with demonstrated success in customer engagement and sales.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal advanced education required.

This position is based in Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada, within easy reach of Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
