Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers warmly while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to inform styling recommendations
  • Provide styling advice, suggest coordinated looks, and guide customers through product integration into their existing wardrobes
  • Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and persuasive brand storytelling
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, POS transactions, and inventory management
  • Suggest add-ons and create complete looks to enhance the customer shopping experience
  • Showcase multiple styling applications and encourage customers to explore new collections
  • Reinforce positive customer choices and invite repeat patronage
  • Give and receive constructive feedback in a professional manner

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
