Role & Responsibilities

  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and lifestyle preferences
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks
  • Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles creatively
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
  • Reinforce customer choices and build loyalty by inviting repeat visits
