Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and personal style preferences
- Provide styling advice, suggest add-ons, and create complete looks that align with customer aesthetics
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return
- Drive results through strong customer connections and storytelling rooted in brand heritage and DNA
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, merchandise displays, and POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Candidates should demonstrate professional selling skills and a proven ability to build customer rapport and drive results through strong connections.
