Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge
• Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and styling preferences
• Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete looks across product categories
• Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear Kate Spade products and encourage customers to explore new styles
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
• Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits
• Drive sales results through strong customer connections, storytelling, and deep product knowledge
• Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions
• Demonstrate proficiency with omni-channel and virtual selling techniques when applicable

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Prior experience in a retail environment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
• English language proficiency
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Skills

Experience

Prior experience working in a retail environment is required. Experience with luxury retail, fashion styling, or customer-facing roles in a similar setting is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent is expected; further education in fashion, merchandising, or business is advantageous but not required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
