Kate Spade in Grapevine, TX is seeking a part-time Stylist (Temporary Associate) to provide personalised styling and drive sales at Grapevine Mills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests with warmth and confidence, demonstrating deep product knowledge across Kate Spade categories.
- Conduct discovery conversations and ask insightful questions to understand customers’ style preferences and needs.
- Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks and suggest complementary add‑ons to increase basket value.
- Demonstrate creative merchandising of product to showcase multiple ways to wear and use items.
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience at POS.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including inventory organization and replenishment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build loyalty and invite repeat visits.
- Participate in omni-channel and virtual selling activities as needed and adapt to digital selling tools.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; experience with lifestyle or fashion brands preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasonal periods and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (and occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre across sales floor and stockroom.
Skills
Experience
Prior retail experience is required; experience in fashion or premium lifestyle retail is strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales through customer relationships and styling is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training in fashion or retail is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
