Kate Spade Stylist position in Glendale, Arizona. Part-time temporary retail role focusing on personalized styling and customer engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and confidently while demonstrating extensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Listen actively and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary items, and create complete coordinated looks
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear and style Kate Spade products
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
- Maintain strong product knowledge and communicate brand attributes effectively
- Perform point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate stockroom organization
- Participate in omnichannel selling techniques including social media awareness and virtual sales methods
- Lift and maneuver merchandise (up to 25 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs)
- Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and high-traffic retail periods
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
