Kate Spade Stylist (Part-Time, Temporary) in Glendale, Arizona. Help customers discover their personal style through expert product styling and brand expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer aesthetic preferences and lifestyle needs
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear and incorporate products into customers' existing wardrobes using creativity and brand storytelling
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
- Reinforce customer choices and celebrate their selections to encourage repeat visits and loyalty
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, POS transactions, and inventory management
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive, professional manner to continuously improve performance
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Strong product knowledge and brand awareness
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
