Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and lifestyle preferences
- Provide styling advice, suggest coordinating products, and create complete looks that showcase versatile ways to wear items
- Use creativity to encourage customers to explore new styles and incorporate Kate Spade products into their existing wardrobes
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return and build brand loyalty
- Drive results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Demonstrate proficiency with omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive, collaborative manner
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail environment
