Role & Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests warmly while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
• Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand personal style preferences and lifestyle requirements
• Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
• Showcase multiple ways to wear products creatively and encourage customers to explore new styles and express their individual aesthetic
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience using POS systems
• Reinforce customer choices and celebrate their purchases, inviting repeat visits and building brand loyalty
• Drive sales results through authentic customer connections, brand storytelling, and deep product knowledge
• Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
• Demonstrate flexibility in schedule to support business needs during peak seasons, nights, weekends, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
• Lift, carry, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom safely and efficiently

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
• English proficiency
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and seasonal peaks

Skills

Experience

Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion, accessories, or luxury goods. Experience in customer styling, personal shopping, or brand advisory is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal fashion or retail training is not required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
