Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen to customer needs through insightful questioning to understand personal style preferences and requirements
  • Provide expert styling advice, suggest coordinating pieces, and create complete outfits that incorporate Kate Spade products into customers' existing wardrobes
  • Showcase multiple ways to wear products using creativity and innovation to encourage customers to explore new styles
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits
  • Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
  • Provide and receive constructive feedback in an honest, professional manner
  • Demonstrate proficiency in omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
  • Lift and maneuver merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and high-traffic retail periods
