Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs through insightful questioning and provide tailored styling advice
- Create complete looks and suggest add-on products, showcasing multiple ways to wear items and encouraging style exploration
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout transactions using POS systems
- Maintain operational excellence through stockroom organization and inventory management
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Reinforce customer choices and create positive experiences that encourage repeat visits
- Demonstrate flexibility in schedule to support business needs, including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and public holidays
Qualifications
