Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand personal style preferences and lifestyle requirements
- Provide expert styling advice, recommend complementary add-ons, and curate complete looks that suit the customer's aesthetic
- Showcase multiple styling approaches for Kate Spade products and encourage customers to explore new styles and expressions
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
- Celebrate customer choices and build brand loyalty by inviting customers to return and engage with seasonal collections
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain strong operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Give and receive constructive feedback in an honest, professional manner

Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail environment or customer-facing role

- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
- English language proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas
