Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand their aesthetic and lifestyle
- Provide expert styling advice and suggest complementary products to create complete looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain deep product knowledge across all categories including handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting them to return
- Ensure operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions
- Provide and receive honest, constructive feedback from team members
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Proficiency in English or local market language
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and high-traffic retail periods
- Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom
