Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create coordinated complete looks
  • Showcase multiple styling approaches and encourage customers to explore new styles and combinations
  • Guide customers through the purchase decision process and ensure a seamless checkout experience
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits and brand engagement
  • Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions
  • Demonstrate proficiency with omnichannel and virtual selling techniques when required

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Prior experience in a retail environment
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively in a team setting
  • Social media awareness and demonstrated willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
  • Fluency in English (or local language proficiency as required by market)
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
