Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create coordinated complete looks
- Showcase multiple styling approaches and encourage customers to explore new styles and combinations
- Guide customers through the purchase decision process and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits and brand engagement
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions
- Demonstrate proficiency with omnichannel and virtual selling techniques when required
- Give and receive feedback constructively to support continuous professional development
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and demonstrated willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
- Fluency in English (or local language proficiency as required by market)
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
