Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating exceptional product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand aesthetic preferences and lifestyle requirements
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete looks that showcase multiple ways to wear products
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, consultative checkout experience
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Drive results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits and building brand loyalty
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive manner and collaborate effectively with the team
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
- Demonstrate social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
