Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and aesthetic preferences
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that reflect customer lifestyles
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles and color combinations
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences via POS systems
- Reinforce customer choices and celebrate purchases to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and accurate transactions
- Give and receive constructive feedback in a professional and honest manner
- Remain current with social media trends and demonstrate willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- English language proficiency
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Candidates should demonstrate professional selling expertise and comfort working in fast-paced customer service settings.
