Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer style preferences and lifestyle needs
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles and expressions
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and facilitate a seamless checkout experience
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting repeat visits and fostering brand loyalty
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience working in a retail environment
- Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities with ability to work collaboratively
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
- Proficiency in English or local language per market requirements
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
