Kate Spade New York seeks a Temporary Part-time Stylist in Foley, Alabama to provide exceptional styling advice and drive customer engagement in retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that encourage exploration of new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and authentic storytelling about brand heritage and product attributes
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive, honest manner to support team excellence
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
- English proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as business needs require

Experience
Prior experience working in a retail environment is required. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of strong customer engagement, sales ability, and collaborative teamwork.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
