Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand their aesthetic and lifestyle preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest coordinating pieces, and create complete looks that encourage exploration of new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, elegant checkout experience
- Maintain strong operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections, compelling brand storytelling, and consultative selling techniques
- Embrace omni-channel selling, including social media awareness and willingness to develop virtual styling capabilities
- Work collaboratively with team members and accept constructive feedback in support of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Prior retail experience in a customer-facing environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Strong English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic retail periods
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom

Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Candidates should demonstrate professional selling skills and the ability to connect with diverse customer personas.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail, fashion, or customer service certifications are advantageous.
