Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
  • Actively listen and ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and aesthetic preferences
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
  • Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles through creative presentation
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience using POS systems
  • Reinforce customer choices positively and invite repeat visits
  • Drive sales through authentic customer connections and effective storytelling about the brand
