Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
- Actively listen and ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and aesthetic preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles through creative presentation
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience using POS systems
- Reinforce customer choices positively and invite repeat visits
- Drive sales through authentic customer connections and effective storytelling about the brand
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and regular stockroom audits
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive and professional manner
- Develop awareness of social media trends and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
Qualifications

- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
- Social media awareness and openness to learning omni-channel selling techniques
